Why we're building this
Enterprise AI deployment is fragmenting fast. Most teams running agents in production are already across two or three model providers, two or three frameworks, and a growing inventory of internal and third-party tools. The per-provider guardrails that worked for chat-completion era LLMs don't compose into coherent governance at the agent runtime layer.
The defensible position isn't another prompt injection classifier. The defensible position is the policy enforcement layer that sits above individual providers — framework-agnostic, provider-agnostic, deployed once, governing everywhere your agents act.

Shubha leads Fendray's product strategy, go-to-market, and customer engagement. She drives the company's positioning in the AI security market and works directly with design partners on use case discovery and roadmap definition.
